🧹 Walkthrough Requirement:

This estimate is based on the information provided at the time of booking, which included photos/video. Upon arrival, a 10–15 minute walkthrough will be conducted to confirm the condition of the home and ensure all requested services are accurate. During this walkthrough, services can be added, removed, or adjusted before work begins.

❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. This allows me to adjust my calendar and offer the appointment to another client.

✔Cleaning Standards:

A 90-point/25-point cleaning checklist is utilized for every Deep clean service to ensure the most thorough and consistent clean possible. I have a specific room-by-room system that helps me clean as efficiently as possible. I usually work best flying solo, so I ask that nobody be inside the home while services are being done, but I will do a walkthrough with you at the end for you to review/look over the services.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the completion of service. I accept cash, cashier’s checks, and limited card payments. Card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

All cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are provided by KL Inspired Services. Unless told otherwise.
